This new 1080p LCD all-weather TV is a lower cost alternative to the company’s other line of TVs designed for weather-proof installation.

The new 4630HD uses an ASA outdoor-rated plastic shell and built-in low-profile two-way speakers plus it is slimmer than its powder-coated, zinc-plated steel counterpart. It delivers the same all-weather feature set as the most popular 4610HD model but with a $700 savings.  The 4000:1 contrast ratio LCD screen is protected by a anti-reflective, impact- and scratch-resistant window.

The TV’s baffled and filtered dual-fan airflow system quietly keeps the unit cool in temperatures up to 122 degrees F. In extremely cold climates, the internal thermostatically-controlled heater activates automatically when the TV’s internal temperature dips to 32 degrees F.
